What happens if it rains on my scheduled lawn day?
We don't mow wet grass. It tears the turf and leaves ruts. We'll shift your visit to the next dry day and let you know the timing.
Do I pay for a week when weather cancels service?
No. If weather stops us from mowing that week, that visit rolls to the next service window and you're not charged for the missed one.
How do you decide whether to mow or reschedule?
We check the forecast along with how the ground looks. If it's too wet or lightning is close, we reschedule. We'd rather skip a day than damage your lawn.
Can I change my weekly service day if I need to?
Sure. Call us and we'll move your mow to another day that week when possible. We're flexible as long as we get the job done.
How do you let me know about schedule changes?
We call or text you directly. You'll always know when we're coming, never left guessing whether the truck is still showing up.
What if the weather clears up later in the day?
If it dries out enough to mow safely, we may come later same day. If not, we roll to the next dry window and keep you posted.
